Cancellation / Transfer / Refund Policy
Cancellations and Transfers
Lifeline Training Center requires at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or transfers. These requests must be submitted via email to info@lifelinechico.com or via text to 530-893-5254. Refunds will not be issued for requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee on the course cost.

Short Notice Rescheduling or Transfer
We allow a one-time opportunity to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, provided we are notified before the class begins. The rescheduled course must be completed within 30 days and will incur a $30.00 processing fee. Please note that refunds are not available for the original purchase or the rescheduling fee.Â

Non-Attendance
Failure to attend or reschedule a class will result in the forfeiture of the entire course cost.

Class Cancellations
In the event that Lifeline Training Center cancels a course, you have the following options:
– Reschedule the course
– Request an account credit, valid for up to one year.
– Request a refund (please note that all refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee).
