Cancellation / Transfer Policy

Cancellations and Transfers
Lifeline Training Center requires at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or transfers. These requests must be submitted via email to info@lifelinechico.com or via text to 530-893-5254. Refunds will not be issued for requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee from the course cost.
 
Rescheduling for Illness or Emergency
We allow a one-time opportunity to reschedule due to an emergency or illness, provided we are notified before the class begins. The rescheduled course must be completed within 30 days and will incur a $30.00 processing fee. Please note that refunds are not available for the original class if notice was given less than 24 hours in advance.
 
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend or reschedule a class will result in the forfeiture of the entire course fee.
 
Low Enrollment Cancellations
Classes may be canceled if fewer than six participants are enrolled. In this event, you may reschedule at no charge or request a refund. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
