The purpose of this OSHA Compliant course is to give individuals in the workplace and the community the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide resuscitation or Basic non-healthcare provider CPR on patients for all ages (CPR/AED for Adult, Child and Infants) including how to use an AED, for victims of Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and those who are unresponsive or choking. Course can be offered through HSI or AHA, please let us know if you have a required provider.
Basic Community First Aid can be added to the course to complete your knowledge and fulfill OSHA and CalOSHA requirements. Basic Community First Aid includes a large amount of topics (bleeding control, limb deformity, seizures, asthma, epi-pens, etc.) and what to do until advanced medical personnel arrive.
